Good day po atty., tanong q lang po, panu po mag apply ng OCT para sa portion of lot lng na binili ko... kailangan daw yung mother ang ipapa approve sa DENR. kaya lang marami na ang nakabili ng portion sa mother lot, kapag nag apply dw ako, ako dw ang mag aabsorb sa lahat gastos... tama po ba?

Ano po ang nararapat kung gawin? Wala po kasing title yung mother lot. TAx dec lang po ang meron ang may-ari..


Please need your advice kasi nagpaprocess na ako ngayon sa pag transfer

ikaw nga laht ang gagastos para sa original registration ng property para mabigyan ka ng OCT. Medyo matagal yan kasi petition sa korte ang gagawin mo at madami dokumento ang isa-submit.
