consider ba na conjugal ang isang properties kahit ang title ng lupa ay sa husband nakapangalan? kasal kami at hiwalay na ngaun. may bahay kami na pinagawa. may karapatan ba ako sa bahay kahit single ang title na nakapangalan sa asawa ko?

if the land is acquired during the subsistence of marriage, then it is a conjugal property, the same applies to the house.
