Arresto Menor

Atty, nakatanggap po ako ng subpoena galing sa NBI regarding "alleged Libel thru internet unjust vexation". Ang concern ko po, mom ko po yung nakareceive ng letter dahil nasa school ako that time (i'm a 4th year college student). Pumirma po siya sa duplicate ng letter.

kailangan ko po ba pumunta kahit mali spelling ng pangalan ko at address?

If ever na hindi ako pumunta, ano po ang maaaring mangyari?
