Good day!

My boyfriend was previously married (although separated already) when we had our child. Now that he is already annuled and we are planning to get married, how can our child be legitimated?

Thanks!

adoption is the only way i can think of to raise him to the level of legitimate child.

legitimation is not possible because he was not single at the time the child was conceived and born.
