unfortunately, no, because resignation, is disengagement from employment as initiated by the employee. unlike redundancy or retrenchment which are initiated by the employer.

August 2004 I was hired as a reliever (3 days a week of work) with no contract for 7 months later they let me signed for a probationary period of 5 months then after due I signed a document as a regular employee, my question is, can the 7 months with no contract signed be counted for the separation pay.

Thank you.
Paul
