My grandfather sold a piece of land to my mother in 1960's. my lolo used thumbmark as his signature due to his illiteracy, my auntie claimed this is fake, the RTC ruled this documents are fake... How became a original documents and tax declaration since 1960 is not valid . My parents have this documents in deed of registry and hence RTC ruled out as plainttiff ? Can we an appeal since my mom and lolo are both deceased.
