meron po bang grounds para ipa-void ang marriage once na malaman mong kamag-anak mo pala sya? ano po ang requirements para rito? salamat po

a marriage to a 2nd degree relatives is acceptable. kung hindi namn sila first degree relatives, mahina ang chance na mapawalang bisa ang kasal, IMO.

kung kamag-anak to the 4th civil degree (meaning 2nd cousin)or nearer, void ang marriage by reason of public policy.

CORRECTION: Kamag-anak hanggang 4th degree bawal pero 2nd cousin is 6th degree already. hindi ako nagbilang. sorry po.

paano naman po kung ayon sa pag analyze ay tita/tito nya ang kanyang asawa? pwede ba itong maipa-void or mapawalang bisa? thank you for helping po

if her father and the husband are brothers then the marriage is void
