Hi,

I would like to ask something about the middle name in NSO. I am an illegitimate child. Is there a possibility that I can get a passport even if without middle name in my NSO?

Yes. I don't have middle name on my nso and no fathers name but didn't have any problems getting a passport

As what I have heard, if there's no middle name in the passport and so with the NSO there might be a difficulty in going abroad specially countries that are so strict like america. How true is this? Coz im planning to go america if time permits me so.

problem q naman po records q sa school ay nalagyan q ngmiddle name ng mom q at gamit q dn ung last name nia.single parent ung mam q at illegitimate aq.gus2 q xana ipabago ung record q sa skul kc sa birth certficate q wala tlga aq middle para consistency pati ata sa voters regstration q nlagyan q ng middle.panu kaya gagawn q 20yrs old
