Hi.. I will try to narrow down my questions if I can...

1. On jurisdictions- How legal is an interview of witnesses by the PNP and "Women's Desk" if it is conducted outside of the alleged crime scene?

2. Is it safe to go to "interviews" without legal counsel?

3. What risks does a "witness" take in agreeing to be interviewed in Baguio, when the alleged crime supposed to have happened in Bulacan?

1. There is no legal requirement that the interview must be at the crime scene.

2. it depends. If in doubt, call a counsel.

3. It also depends on many factors. is the witness from Baguio or bulacan?
