Good day Atty.,

May I just seek for your legal advice on this matter pertaining to Baranggay imposition in their plans to collect fee on businesses here in Quirino, QC particularly on Computer shops. They would like to impose to fine us 150php per unit. If they're imposing this to us now, if we fail to pay it, would they have the right to stop our operation notwithstanding we have completely complied with our respective permits as prescribed?
