Seeking for advice po. A kagawad official po doesnt want to issue barangay clearance coz of the reason raw walang cr but the cr as been put up now pero ang kawagad aw parang ayaw talaga. We had known ini allow nang kagawag yung ibang walang permit pero kami na gusto naming legal eh parang pahirapan pa. Can we just push thru on processing sa permit namin if in 7 days no action sa barangay clearance? Or can we directly complain straight to the business bureau about it or go to the mayors office about it? Thank you po.
