May co-worker ako nagpunta sa ofis ng agency na pnagttrabahuan nmin, and nanghingi ng copy ng contract namin and ang sagot b nmn sa kanya d raw kami pde humingi ksi disclose dw un contract at bawal dw tumanggi sa overtym ksi operational dw ang field of work and bawal magresign dahil the agency will surely sue us dw! Tama po ba ang sinabi nla smin na bawal humingi ang employee ng contract na nasignan nmin dati at tumanggi sa overtym kapag operational pati na pagreresign? Grabe, they dong really treat their employees right, sobra na:( please help us nmn to clear things out . Thanks po

Hinde po yun tama, you have the right to ask for a copy of your employment contract, paano nyo malalaman kung kailan matatapos yung contract?, yung amount ng isasahod nyo? also wala kayong idea anong mga terms and conditions ang nakalagay dun diba? That is unfair.

Go to DOLE or BLR, isumbong nyo doon,and they will take necessary action to that agency.
