Arresto Menor

Hello po.yung anak ko po kumukuha ng nbi but unfortunately may hit daw po.actually po may unpaid loan pa po ako sa isang lending company and anak ko po ang garantor ko.may chance po ba na makapasok sya sa trabaho while sini settle ko po yung loan ko.worried po kc ako.and may nagpunta man po na representative ng lending under legal daw po nila and may usapan kami na magbabayad po ako ng 10k for 3consecutive months then I restructure daw po ang loan ko.pls give me an answer po.thanks

Wala naman nakukulong dahil sa utang, dahil ito ay isang civil case and wala itong kasamang pagkakakulong. Ang mga kasong criminal ay ang merong kasamang pagkakakulong.

Di makukulong ang iyong anak dahil isa lamang syang guarantor sa iyong pagkakautang sa isang lending company.
