I'd like to ask if tama ba na hinold ng company ang sweldo ng employee kaht na ngpresent ng valid med certificate and di pa fit to work ang employee. 2weeks kase di nakapasok si employee. supposedly feb 7 ngsweldo na. when he checked ung salary, hindi nilgay sa savings and when they called the bank hinold daw. nalaman n lng na tinag as awol yung employee nung tumwag xa sa office. hndi man lang xa bingyn ng notice to explain or return to work letter. naccontact naman xa dahil yung representative ng company even visited his place to check his condition. tumwag naman siya sa sickline to inform the condition. how do we go about this? di nila pinasweldo. infact 2 emplyado ang ginawan nila ng ganoon?
