Urgent Advise po! I only have today!

I have signed a contract on an agency and the date of commencement of my probationary employment is indicated on the contract. Unfortunately I won't be able to make it for financial reason. Is it ok to advise the company? will they sue me for terminating my probationary employment?

They can sue you for non-performance of your obligation. Contract is reciprocal you have to perform your obligation. Non-performance of obligation will result to damages and other reliefs that the company may seem it necessary.

oo naman, kung hirap na hirap ka naman na i tapusin ang proby peryud mo, e pwede ka namang umayaw... pero mas mabuti kung maganda ang rason mo. eneywez ang proby period naman, lalot wlang expense sa training mo e... para ka i assess kung karapat-dapat ka ngang ma-regular. so in a way tinulungan mo pa silang magdecide, dahil ipinakita mo na ang obvious na hindi ka nga karapat dapat....

yung pren ko nabulag ang dlawa niyang mata, hindi na rin siya pumasok. luckily, hindi na siya pinilit ng employer niya na pumasok.

Thank you po. Di pa naman commenced yung contract & training di p ako nakaka-attend wherein they have a training bond. I got a better job offer po kasi ngayon than the salary na offered sa akin nung nauna (which is i am about to cancel). Di po kasi kaya ng salary na offered sa akin i-cover gastos ng family namin until i got a better one. Please let me know if I will be in big trouble for this and if there is something else I can do to prevent things from getting worse...i don't have peace of mind po sa ngayon...nag txt po ako sa kanila pero walang reply...wala naman po binigay na email ad pra formally ko ma-explain side ko..sobra naman po sila kung sa halagang 13k lang na ipapasweldo nila iddemanda pa nila ako...thank you po I would really appreciate that. dapat formal ang letter mo. at magpasalamat ka sa ginawa nilang kabutihan nilang nagawa sa iyo, mag natutunan mo... dont burn bridges ika nga....
