Good morning!
Galing kami sa bank asking for a one tme payment para ma-settle na ung utang nang naki-ride sa credit card ko, since that person is been asking for a statement of account, to settle things up. Tanong lang paanu kung hindi xa sumunod sa napagkasunduan? anu ang pwede kong i--file na case sa kanya?

Mamili ka:

1. collection of sum of money;
2. Demand for specific performance;

Now, i would suggest to ask for a collateral, to compel him/her to comply his/her obligation.
