good day, i have impregnated a married girl but they are already separated, not by law, what are the repercussions if a allowed my surname to be used by the baby? should i allow my surname name to be used or should the baby follow the surname of her mother? thank you

when a child is born to a married mother, the law presumes that it is the husband which is the father and requires that his surname be used.
