At the prosecutor's office, usually located at the Hall of Justice or within the premises of the City Hall. He appears at the RTC only during scheduled hearings.

Usually nasa city hall sila. But in provinces they sometimes hold their office near the court of justices o sa kapitolyo pag provincial prosecutor.
