Arresto Menor

Hello Atty.,

Can a minor be sued for libel case, the minor is 17 yrs old and will be turning 18 on March. Or can the Cyber law be applied to that person who posted bad things in social network?

He/She can be sued. At that age, although a minor, he/she could already discern right from wrong. Thus the minority could not be used as an exempting circumstance.
