Ask k lng po kung anu bang grounds para mag-CTO ang isang company? Ako po kc sampu ng aking 3 kasamang Team Leader sa isang call center ay n-CTO last Nov.6 dhil dw po sa ratio ng agent-to-Team Leader, labis daw po ang TL sa aming site. Hindi po msasabe na mgsasarado ang company dhil tuloy2 po ang hiring ng agents sa kabilang site. Tama po ba ang ang naging aksyon nila na i CTO po kame?

usually, management prerogative to. pero dapat pa rin dapat ginagawa in good faith... so ang tanong, yung ginagawa ba ng kompanya ninyo e may halo bang pag-iimbot at kasinungalingan, na ginagawa nila yan para matakasan ang kanilang responsibilidaad sa inyong mga empleyado. o sadya lang tlaga mahirap ang negosyo ngayon. since ikaw naman ang nag-aakusa, ikaw ang may obligasyon na patunayan ang akusasyon mo
