Regularization contract

My date of effectivity as an employee is july 16 2012 and havent recieved any termination notice so i'm already regularized last january 16, 2013.

Question(s):

Its january 24, 2013 and i havent signed any document regarding my regularization, i follow up the hr and however they always tell me that they are witing for my evaluation is this valid?

Can I also use my 120 hours of vl and sl?

Can they terminate me any time?

Regular ka na by default as per LC.

Not your fault na wala pang evaluation.

what rules should i follow yun nga wala pa akong regularization contract?
