My Staff refused to accept the regularization instead look for End of contract.

Good Day All,

I have this staff where in she was supposed to be regularized this coming June 12 but upon conversation to discuss the positive evaluation...she seems not happy and told me instead to end her contract. I m the supervisor, I was a little bit confuse because this is the first time i encounter the situation. On our conversation she told me that most of her family move abroad and she is the one left here to handle everything left like the land their house etc. In short she needs to arrange or make sure all the necessary document for those property was properly in place. So it means she need to be absent at work for some period of time para lakadin the documents and this will not be good upon her regularization.

Please help me on next step i will do and to handle this kind of situation, any suggestion.
