Good Day!

Im working as an HR Officer in a school..
I would like to ask if using PREVENTIVE SUSPENSION is legal to use here.
To make my question clear, i would like to know what is the simple explanation of difference between PREVENTIVE and INDEFINITE SUSPENSION.

preventive suspension usually eh ginagawa pag may investigation.. an employee is put on preventive suspension (not more than 30 days) hanggang walang desisyon don sa investigation..

i have not heard of indefinite suspension.. wala yata non.. tsaka bawal yata yan..

Thanks a lot po sa very hasty response..do you mean po ba na hindi dapat gumamit ng indefenite suspension?
does it also mean na pdeng gmitin yung preventive suspension on any company set up?

preventive suspension is allowed only if the employee presents a serious and imminent threat, and it cannot be more than 30 days
