SSS Benifit

Namatay po ang tatay ko December 22,2009.SSS pensioner siya.Burial benefit lang nakuha namin kase dalawang beses siyang ikinasal sa aking ina... first my father and mother got married in 1969 through tribe now NCIP and in 1999 they again got married through the civil registrar.Nakuha na po namin ang Certificate of marriage from National Commision on Indigenous People's Regional Office X.

Question: Ano po ang i-submit namin na certificate of marriage..the first marriage or the second cetificate of marriage?Kailangan kase ng civil Registrar and certificate of marriage before bigyan siya ng BC as late registrant.Meron naman po kaming NSO live birth certificates sa mga anak nila...

For approval, ang kulang po ay Certicate of live birth ng mother ko sa Ozamis kase wala siyang birth certificate.Paano ko po makuha ang certificate of live birth niya at ano po ang mga requirements at ano po ang dapat kong gawin para makuha namin ang lahat na SSS benifit ng father ko.Sayang po kase pinagtrabahoan po yan ng father namin kaagapay ang SSS pero di namin mapakinabangan.

Makukuha pa ba namin even if my Dad died 3 years ago?

Meron pa po ka kaming mga dapat asikasohin maliban sa birth certificate ng mother ko?
