My father-in-law believes that there was a miscalculation to the retirement pay which he received just last 2011. He got the copy the CBA of the company (mining company) and found out that based on the cba he IS INTITLED to received more than what he got if the calculation was rightful. He served the company for 14 years, retired at the age of 65, which is a mandatory retirement.
Dont know what to do, so he asked me to seek advises from others. is it advisable for him to go back to the company and insist his right to what due for him? I will appreciate it much any help you could afford. thank you in advance.
