hello.
i would just like to ask help in regards with resignation due to illness as i plan to get a medical certificate from my doctor proving i have some medical condition. had a recent operation at the end of 2012. after that ive been having more issues with my throat. rather than lose all my vl and sl credits. im planning to resign immediately.
my questions are will they allow me to resign immediately?
will they hold my salary for the coming pay day?
will i still be getting any backpay?
