my friend need your help..her name is maria. she has a boy fiend since august of 2010. then her parents liked the attitude of the man and want that man to be married with their daughter. From the time they became boy friends and grilfriends, the guy is always coming in the house of maria that make thier neighborhood to think that they are live-in partner already in fact they are not. the guys is 24 yeras old that time. This guy was looking for a work and when he got a work the company conducted a background check on the applicant and leaned from thier neighboor that they are live-in-partner even though they are not. May of 2011, Maria need to be enrolled at school and the guy hold her enrollment fee and ask her to be got married for him to give the enrollment fee of maria. His reason was, he need the marriage contract for the company because they (the company) learned that they are live-in-partner. Due to the in need of Maria in financial for her enrollment, she grab the offer. Now, my firned was not happy anymore about the situation. She was not supported by his wife financially and they also have not yet having sexual activities up to now. Until now they are not living in one roof but some time the guy is sleeping in maria's house but not in one bed.
What steps or act can we do now to nullify the marriage for her (Maria) to gain again her freedom.
PS: The guy was keep on hurting my friend everytime he is going to Maria's house and keep on saying bad words to Maria.
