pag nanilip ba puedeng i inquest sa prosecutor? ano po magiging kaso niya?unjust vexation po? inquesable ba ang unjust vexation?

Inquest, the counterpart of preliminary investigation in case the accused was apprehended without Warrant of arrest, as a rule is mandatory only, when the crime commited is punishable by atleast 4yrs, 2months and 1 day.

Which means na kung ang crimen na nacommit ng accused ay makukulong sya for atleast 4yrs, 2months and 1 day, then inquest ay kinakailangan.

Sa palagay ko hinde naman aabot sa 4yrs ang pagkakakulong kung sampaan ka ng unjust vexation. So inquest is not necessary.

Maybe for unjust vexation or acts of lasciviousness will do, depending sa appreciation ng fiscal dyan.

by practice, almost all prosecutors conduct PI for all crimes and direct filing is discouraged.

if arrested without warrant, inquest is proper procedure.

so the answer is yes, inquest was proper for unjust vexation through peeping
