Arresto Menor

Hi,

To cut a longer story short there have been a number of incidents of an intruder upon our resort peering through our bathroom windows to view our guests naked or whatever.

There are 'tell tale' signs that it is the same individual repeatedly offending and earlier this evening eye witness reports suggest that we know who this offender is.

My Filipina partner suggests that the police here are so corrupt all they will do is enter/record a 'blotter' and fob us off with excuses why they cannot do anything etc.

My question, if through peering through 'private room' windows on a private property, is this individual committing any particular offence whereas we can go to the police quoting 'chapter and verse' to put us in a position whereas we can insist that they do something about it and/or him?

Thanks

try "Unjust Vexation" but you have to file your own case and not get the police involved.
