gud pm madam/sir. meron po foreigner company na ginamit po yung name namin na 3 kaming filipino 2007 pa po yun ngyari dahil kami po ay ng wowork s boss ko na foreigner pinagamit po nya yung pangalan namin sa kaibigan nyang foreign din. wala po kaming na rerueceive na byad sa kanila kaya po ng wala n kami work sa boss ko kinausap namin yung foreign company na alisin n yung pangalan namin sa company nila.pumyag naman po at gumawa po sila ng contrata na ibinebenta na namin yung share namin kay blank na name date blank din at hindi notorized yung document nung 2009 pa. pero last december nag punta ako s sec hangang ngayun ay existing pa din ang mga pangalan namin . ano po ang dpat ko gawaain at ano po rigths ko ...salamat po sana po mapayuhan ninyo ako .
