Meron po tayong rules of court, and accordingly, need mo lang ng publication, i publish lang sa newspaper yan, procedure na yan.

also, hinde mo na kailangang hanapin pa yung family nya, let the court send summons on the last known address ng lalaki or family nya, kung hinde mag answer, walang problema mas favor yan sau.

Yung kasulatan naman is void yun, being against public policy. wa effect yun di mo yun magamit as evidence, besides, yung mayor pwedeng ma kasohan ng administrative case dyan also yung lawyer pwedeng ma-dis bar because of that kasulatan na iyan.
