Good day! I got a job here in UAE thru an agency in the Philippines. I want to get a legal advice from the experts regarding my concern. nagkaroon po ako ng conflict sa contract na napirmahan ko sa Phils and dito sa UAE. Pinakita sa akin ng company ang offer letter na pirmado ko daw and the email thread by the company and my agency. Ang problem ko po, ay hindi ko po iyon pirma at hindi ko po alam na may ganon. Wala po akong copy ng offer letter mula ng umalis ako sa Pinas. Hindi po ako binigyan ng ganong offer letter. And, iba po ang explanation sa akin ng agency regarding my salary. By the time na nakausap ko ang agency, una nilang sinabi na offer sa akin ay iyong nasa napirmahan ko at sa inexplain nila sa akin. However, eventually nung nag usap ulit kami iba na ang sinasabi niya at iyon na ung nandun sa offer letter na hindi ko pirmado. (I have all the conversations thru facebook and phonecall).
One more thing, ang placement fee ko ay katumbas daw ng isang buwan sahod, meaning katumbas ng sahod na una nilang sinabi sa akin at hindi kung ano ung nasa offer letter na pinadala ng agency sa company. (mas mataas sa nakukuha ko ngayon, nasa akin din po ang receipts)
I have nothing against my employer, they showed and explained to me everything and I totally understand them na wala silang alam na may forgery na nangyari kasi agency ko ang nagsend ng offer letter with forged signature stating na in-aaccept ko ung ganon offer (which is different sa explanation sakin and sa iisang contract na napirmahan ko sa Phils)
my questions are:
1. ano po ang pwede kong gawin legally against my agency? kasi I had no choice but to accept yung offer kesa umuwi ako at maban sa UAE.
2.What are the actions I can take against my agency?
3.Where to file a lawsuit?
4. Is there a chance to win this case since I have all the evidences such as the email conversation, offer letter with forged signature, the only contract I signed in the Phils., Phone call conversation, Facebook conversation?
5. Pwede pa ba ang magfile ng lawsuit after ng contract ko dito, since kailangan ng appearance ko?

One more thing, ang placement fee ko ay katumbas daw ng isang buwan sahod, meaning katumbas ng sahod na una nilang sinabi sa akin at hindi kung ano ung nasa offer letter na pinadala ng agency sa company. (mas mataas sa nakukuha ko ngayon, nasa akin din po ang receipts)
