hi

i want to know how to transfer a title through deeds of donation, what is the procedure and requirements?

Just hire a lawyer to furnish some legal paper works.

1. Execute a deed of donation, assuming that you are the owner of the thing/object to be donated. You need a lawyer for this to notarized and to prepare the documents.

2. Payment of donors tax.

3. if the property to be donated is a real property, present the deed of donation, together with the tax receipts before the registry of deeds, follow their procedure.
