Mga sir/maam, ask ko lang po best way para makuha namin ang lupa ng aking lolo na walang sakitan o patayan na mangyayari... pinaka safe na way... lupa po iyon ng aking lolo (asawa ng lola ko) pero me nakatira.. anak ng lolo kong isa (kapatid ni lola).. nasa amin po ang titulo ng lupa pati ang buwis.. pinagbantaan po kame na magkakamatayan daw po.. pls help po..
