unpaid salary loan thru bank

nag apply po ako ng salary loan sa bank last 2010 (80k). as far as i can remember, wala nmn pong involve na pdc, i just signed a DISCLOSURE STATEMENT ON LOAN/CREDIT TRANSACTION AND A PROMISSORY NOTE. nasa 20-30K lang po yung naibayad ko due to lack of finances. last september, i receive a call from someone who said he's a legal officer from the filing and litigation dept of the said bank and he told me that i need to pay P150K, sabi ko po, di ko kaya yun ganun kalaking halaga, he seems not listening to my concerns and just insisting me to pay. After po nun, di ko na siya sinasagot kasi wala nmn po talaga ko pambayad, until now, they keep sending me messages, telling me that they filed a criminal case against me (estafa), they will issue warrant of arrest, they will send me in court, they mentioned a judge name, city prosecutor, a trial court branch in san juan, etc..

what is this all about? anu po bang magandang gawin tungkol dito?? pls reply.
