What does this "If the birth of the child has been concealed from or was unknown to the husband or his heirs, the period shall be counted from the discovery or knowledge of the birth of the child or of the fact of registration of said birth, whichever is earlier." mean?
The period starts from the date of discovery? What is referred to as the fact of registration? And to where does "whichever is earlier" refers to?

I'm a little bit of confused. I am a daughter who wants to be impugned. So I would like to know if the father in my birth certificate can still impugn me. I am 28 y.o.

Thanks!
