estafa case possible?

nagkaroon po kami ng problem na tinakbuhan kami ng tao sa alahas. ang nangyari po kami ang kakasuhan ng supplier ng swindling. nalaman po nmn kung saan isinangla nung tao ung alahas na natubos namin. naisauli nmn po nmn ang alhas pero lagpas sa takdang araw. at ung mga nawalang alahas eh willing kami magbayad basta may terms sila.. pwede pa rin ba kami kasuhan ng estafa at anung kaso pa ba ang pwede isampa laban samin kahit naisauli na ung majority ng alahas at willing nmn kami mag byad. pwede ba nila iconsider na sold na ung items kahit nasa kanila na ung items? maraming salamat po. masyado na kami ginigipit at tinatakot nila na mag dedemanda na lng daw sila laban samin..

Hope mabigyang linaw kami kce isang linggo na kami d maka2log sa problema na to.

beside the estafa case, is there any possible case that can still be filed against us.

how about the jewelries that they were telling us that some of it should be considered sold. can they hold it against us? can we be charged of sort like damages to their business?

kung nagsauli na kaming alahas..pwede ba kami kasuhan ng damages sa negosyo nila? eh panu po nila masasabi na negosyo un .wala nmn cla resibo at wala nmn cla formal na negosyo.. pwede ba rin b un?
