Really? as far as I know kase sa Australia pa lang. Haven't heard and read from DOLE. Anyway, panu yung procedure nyo?
Kase proposal samen meron kaming 200 hours in bank dapat. Main purpose is for recession and not for a long vacation.
Yung can encash it if the company approved the request. But the good thing, incase nga magkaron ng recession, you can use it.
Na tipong nasa bahay ka lang meron kang 200 hours na pdeng iconsume tapos bayad ka.
You just need to use it wisely. How about you?
