hi Atty, need advice,i previously joined a bpo and signed a document, the initial offer for wage is 22k amonth,pero nung ng start napo ako biglang ngbago yung wage biglang naging hourly rate lumabas na 20k a month lng ako, medyo nadimotivate ako so hindi ko sila pinasukan for 4days, pgbalik ko sinasabi nila na terminated na ako, nkahold narin yung pay ko,ngayun po pinagresign ako saying makukuha ko yung final within the day tapos po biglang hindi ko rin naman nakuha. can i file a complaint for a misleading contract or anything? pls help
