Good day sir/ma'am, would you kindly enlighten me on this issue?

I'm expecting to receive a demand letter this week, and I know it's because of the employment bond that I resigned on.

I want to know if in case they win, how would they be able to collect it from me if I have nothing to pay for it? would the sheriff be able to collect it from my parents?
