Arresto Menor

Hi,

My employer went very angry with me because she learned that I reported to DOLE about some "wages concern" - P100 a day and incomplete payment of wage.

She threatened me that she will tell every employee that in case the DOLE takes action and her business be terminated which will cause them to lose all their jobs, I am the culprit because of my big mouth. Shocked

Even no action has taken yet, words have been spreading across all the business branches that I was the one who reported, etc.

Can this be considered libel? Sad
