Hello po ,
need some advice po regarding sa AWOL nag start po ako ng work noong October 11 , 2017 until October 17 2017, umabsent po ako kasi po nilalagnat ako at inuubo pero tumawag nman po ako sa company na hindi ako makakapasok at pumayag naman po sila , pero nang 2 weeks po akong hindi naka pasok pagbalik ko po sa company sinabihan po ako sa HR na nag AWOL po ako ... At that time po kinuha ko po yung I'D ko at nag ask po ako na pwde ko po bang mkuha yung sweldo ko for 5 days lang , binigay po niya yung account number ng atm ko at kinuha ko po sa banko.. eh ang problema ko po pwede po ba akong mag resign nalang? kahit di pa tapos yung kontrata ko? May nakita po kasi akong bago na work magandang opportunity po kasi .. Di po ba makakasira ito sa bagong trabaho ko?
Hopefully makaka response po kayo needed po kasi

yes pwede kang mag resign. may hanganan ba ang kontrata mo? if wala you should submit your resignation now but your last day will be 30 days later except if pinayagan kang sooner. if meron pwede ka parin mag resign although baka mademanda ka ng breach of contract. yes if malaman ng bagong pinapasukan mo malamang makakasama sayo ito

again if yung 5 months na yun is after today and hindi ka pa nag resign then you need to render 30 days, if yung 5 months na yun would end when you plan on resigning then just dont sign a new contract. if yung 5 months na yun ay hindi pa tapos then you can be sued for breach of contract
