Good day Atty. I just want to know if it is possible for me to file a case to the mistress of my husband esp if the woman is claiming that she was got pregnant by my husband now that my husband and I are reconciled. Thank you for your immediate reply.

Hi atty. just wanna know if I can sue my husbands mistress posting picture and making public of their relationship but we are not in the Philippines we lived in Italy and my husbands mistress is in Greece. Once a month nagpupunta ang babae dto sa Italy or minsan ang asawa ko nagpupunta sa Greece nalalaman ko po lahat ng yun pag nagpopost ng picture yung babae sa Facebook ng mga picture nila. Pinapakita ko na sa babae ang katotohanan pero mas naniniwala sya sa asawa ko sinungaling. Ano po ba pwede ko gawin para tumigil na Sila sa relasyon nila?!

Atty. I also would like to file monetary damages against my husband's mistress. Where do i need to file it and how? Do i need a lawyer to file the case? And how much po ang magagastos?

jadelaide, yes, but i recommend you file a case in greece or italy.

bluerose, if the damages you seek is not more than 100k, you won't need a lawyer and you can file it where you reside under the rule on small claims. rules on sc.judiciary.gov.ph

Hi atty, i just found out na nagkaron ng anak sa iba ang asawa ko at yung mistress pa niya ang gumawa ng paraan para malaman ko. Inamin naman po ng asawa ko na nagkamali siya at nagsisisi siya sa ginawa niya. Matagal na raw silang walang communication although sinusustentuhan niya yung bata. Okey na sana pero yung mistress pa ang nanggugulo , ano po ba ang pwedeng kong gawin legally para manahimik siya dahi pinoprotektahan ko ang anak ko.

just cut off communication. or ask a lawyer to write a letter to her, or file a case of unjust vexation.
