Can I file a nullity if im working abroad and How?

Hindi po kami totoong kasal ng partner ko at meron po kaming 2 anak,at binayaran ko lang po yung marriage contract namin sa Quezon City Hall pero naipasok po iyon sa NSO,yung partner ko po ay married na 2x sa Manila at sa Marikina nalaman ko lang po yun nung prinaprocess ko na yung papaers ng 1 daughter namin papuntang abroad.Sya rin po ang nagbigay sa akin ng idea na magbayad na lang sa city hall para maayos ko yung papers ng anak ko papuntang middle east.Sa ngayon po gusto ko ng makipaghiwalay sa kanya.Hindi ko po alam kung paano ako maguumpisa at ano ang gagawin ko?Paano po ba ang pag aaply ng nullity?

And also do i need to be present in all the hearings just in case.

My situation is the same, I am here abroad and my marriage with my husband took place in the philippines.

I need to file declaration of nullity and void. How can I do that without having going back to the philippines?
