Sir,

When I had a check up my doctor advise me to make a two weeks bed rest due to my sickness.

I went to the office to file my sickleave Is my sickleave is need to approve,or I just need to sign the form and submit to the HR.

For your help please.

give them a copy of the medical certificate from your doctor..

you can also file SSS sickness.
