The scenario is I felt back pain during my last night of duty in which I ignore it and continued my duty, after that I have a 2 days off w/c I can rest my back believing that I dont need medical attention, On my first day of duty I reported that i have a back pain and , the company send me to a clinic and the doctor reported that i have i back spasm and give me a restricted work for a week to have my spasm heal. After 2 days I was terminated.
Can I file a case on the local agency that was responsible to me?
