I have this problem with a loan that I made it's about 1m from a bank. they released the loan in the other branch of their bank but given me a passbook then getting it back from me (this actually happened 3 times). Then after they got my passbook back and I wanted to withdraw the money for my businesses. they say it not withdrewable the total amount. then recently I ask them if I could withdrew it they said my balance is 0. and I was like what?. then they wanted me to pay off the huge amount of interest and loan that I have not receive.
P.S. my house is the colateral .. it's just infuriating.
