Arresto Menor

Hi,

I just want to get advise about my recent dismissal from a company. I was terminated September 19 due to Gross Negligence of Duties. They based this on my March, April, June, and August scorecards. Looking at how the sanction progression is constructed (1st month of not passing merits a verbal warning, second is written, third is final, and fourth can lead to termination based on deliberation), one can easily say that I don't have a reason to file a complaint. This is where my question is based. My August scorecard was greatly affected by my absence during the monsoon rains, specifically for the 2nd week of August. Eventhough I passed all of the other 4 weeks, it wasn't enough to salvage my month-end score, which resulted to my demise from the company weeks after. Do I have the grounds to sue this company because of what they did to me?
