make sure to file an opposition to its admission. but normally, the arbiter will allow it.

attyLLL, is it normal for a decision to take more than 3 months? the last session (rejoinder) was way back in August. tia.

attyLLL,

while still waiting for the decision, i requested the company to release my 2316 and coe to which they denied, saying sabay-sabay na lang lahat.

my counsel is saying that i can not force them into releasing my 2316 and coe. however, my current employer is already asking for these.

is it possible to issue a demand letter (from another counsel) to my previous company to release my 2316 and coe? after all, nanalo na ako dun sa withholding of backpay, non-demunition of benefits sa pre-hearings (before the submission of position papers). yng desision na lang ng arbiter re illegal dismissal ang hinintay. tia.

Good Afternoon po. Question lang po sana ulit. Galing po ako ng nlrc to follow up my case, naunload daw po ung case ko and was transferred to a new arbiter. Gaano po ba ako katagal mahhintay ng reso? Paano ko po maeexpedite ung process? Pano po ung pagffile ng motion for resolution?

Will there be any difference kung maghhire po ako ng private lawyer or same lang po kahit galing po ng PAO ung lawyer ko?
