I just transferred from a new company last Sept. 15. Buwanan magpasahod (every 10th of the month and nobody informed me) so I was expecting that I would have my salary already (Oct. 10) but i wasn't paid. It appeared that i was missed out in the payroll list. Sira na budget sa bahay and there are expenses ahead. Pwede na po ba ito ireklamo sa dept of labor? Any information would be helpful. thanks!

while it's a grave inconvenience, i don't recommend you do. by the time hearings are called, you might have been paid already. i recommend you write a courteous letter to your finance and hr
